Yes. While Standing on the Side of Love was designed to be a universal slogan under whose banner anyone might march, we understand that individuals and congregations may want to personalize banners or T-shirts to reflect their local community.
The SSL campaign exclusively uses union shops to produce our merchandise. We believe this is the best way for us to make a commitment to quality product standards, and top of the line working conditions and benefits, which is integral to the heart of what our campaign represents. We have the expectation that any merchandise that is produced locally will also be guaranteed to be union-made.
If you prefer to find a local vendor to produce your customized materials, we will gladly grant use of our logo if you agree to produce your merchandise with union-labor. The CWA Print Shops website has a great tool to find union printers. In addition, the Campaign asks that you design materials using the signature yellow-gold color of the campaign, which represents our bold, unified visibility. In addition, we request that you do not modify the shape or color of our logo, and that you use the existing font for "Standing on the Side of Love." In-stock items usually ship within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the items you ordered and the total amount charged to your credit card. A separate email will be sent with tracking information when your items have shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call 1-877-262-8892 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. When your order ships, you will receive an email indicating the status of your order, including ship date, tracking information and the status of any backordered items. Once your order has been processed, usually within 1 to 2 days after receipt of your order, you will receive an email indicating the status of your order, including ship date, tracking information and any backordered items. Each item can be individually gift wrapped for a flat fee of $5.00 per item. Gift wrap packaging will be determined based on item size and and cannot be selected by customer. Gift wrap fee is non-refundable.
Check gift wrap box in shopping cart for those items that you wish to have wrapped. Fees will be added at check out. Each item is wrapped separately.
As always pet parents should monitor their pets around wrapped gifts and not allow them to play with wrapping materials which can be hazardous.
Your shipping fee is based on your individual order, your location, and how fast you want to receive it. Actual shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Packages are shipped using Fed Ex and the U.S. Postal Service. For all packages shipped via this method, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
Orders to addresses outside the continental U.S. are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and may require longer shipping times. Duty and tax may be required by foreign governments, which are not charged when the order is paid for online. Fees will need to be paid when the items are delivered; the SSL is not responsible for the collection of said fees.
Payment for international shipments must be made in U.S. dollars.
In-stock items can be expedited to any street address within the continental U.S. for an additional charge. Orders must be received by 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time to receive same day shipping. Expedited shipping options are available for street addressed deliveries and are as follows:
- Fed Ex 2-Day Air: 2-3 business days
- Fed Ex Standard Overnight: 1 business days
Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, rural routes, post office boxes and general delivery addresses is not available.
Yes! We ship internationally to almost any country.
We charge shipping and handling fees based on the cost of the items you have ordered. Foreign duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. We don't offer any Rush or Express delivery for international shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is sent via FedEx International Mail Service and orders on in-stock items usually arrive in 7-14 business days. Fees are based on the merchandise value of the order.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If any product (with the exception of personalized items and items that cannot be resold, as described below), for any reason, does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a replacement, exchange or full refund on the returned item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Personalized items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged. Items that are returned worn, damaged, dirty or otherwise in a condition where they cannot be resold will not be refunded.
